Kazansky “AK Bars” beat Omsk in overtime “Avant-garde” in Game 3 of the third round of the KHL playoffs.
The meeting was held in Omsk and ended with the score 3:2 in favor of the guests, during which Nikita Evseev, Alexander Radulov and Vadim Shipachev scored goals. Vladimir Tkachev and Reed Boucher scored for the hosts.
Evseev became the youngest scorer in the history of the Kazan club in the Gagarin Cup. The hockey player scored at the age of 18 years and 330 days. The previous achievement belonged to Dmitry Katelevsky (19 years and 52 days).
Forward “Ak Bars” Shipachev also assisted and scored 386 points in the majority of the KHL. He took a clear first place in this indicator, ahead of Sergei Mozyakin (385).
The series score became 2-1 in favor of Zinetula Bilyaletdion’s team. The fourth game will take place in Omsk on April 7.
