SKA’s commercial income for 9 seasons amounted to more than 5 billion rubles

Head Coach of Saint Petersburg Hockey Club S.K.A. Romain Rotenberg said the club’s revenue had increased 10 times since 2011.

On Thursday, the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) is hosting a session organized by the sports platform of the Roscongress Foundation and and devoted to sports competitions as products.

From the presentation presented at the session, it turns out that the commercial income of the St. Petersburg team for 9 seasons in the KHL amounted to more than 5 billion rubles. SKA became the most visited KHL club in Russia in 2015-2023.

– Since 2011, SKA’s income has increased 10 times, the salary fund has been reduced by one and a half times, investments in children’s schools have doubled, – Rotenberg told the session.
