‘Vegas’ beat ‘Los Angeles’ in shootout in NHL game

The match in Los Angeles ended with a score of 4:3 (0:1, 2:1, 1:1, 0:0, 1:0) in favor of the guests. The winners scored in regulation time thanks to Mike Amadio (28th minute), William Carrier (33rd) and Mark Stone (47th). Alex Laferrière (14), Trevor Lewis (25) and Drew Doughty (49) scored for the Kings. The winning shootout was scored by Jack Eichel.

Los Angeles captain Anze Kopitar played in his 1,300th career NHL game and was the first in club history to reach that mark. He also became the fourth active player in the league to reach that number, joining Ryan Suter, Alexander Ovechkin and Brent Burns.

Vegas leads the Western Conference standings with 17 points, Los Angeles is in fourth place (10 points).
