In the first half, Mattias Ekholm opened the scoring and gave the visitors the advantage. But then Florida scored four goals. The score was tied by Niko Mikkola, then Evan Rodriguez scored twice. Aaron Ekblad put the finishing touches on the empty net.

Florida forward Vladimir Tarasenko made an assist. Russian goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky stopped 18 shots.

Florida now leads the series 2-0.
