“There have been changes in the Judicial Committee (ERC). This committee was headed by Rene Fasel. Konstantin Komissarov, Yakov Deev, Alexander Khavanov have joined it, and Andrei Pyatanov has joined them,” the correspondent reports, citing Morozov’s remarks.
