The athlete covered the distance in 25 minutes 44.4 seconds. The second was Ekaterina Smirnova (+56.2), the third – Larisa Ryasina (+1.09.5).
“Today is a good opportunity to remind you that the head controls the body, not the other way around. To run like me, you have to have my head – my interests, my habits, my opinions, finally. Follow me, I will teach you,” Stepanova wrote on her Telegram channel.
The second stage of the Russian Cup takes place in Khakassia.
