– Athletes, officials and staff from Russia and Belarus are still suspended from competition for the foreseeable future due to events in Ukraine. Over the next few weeks, we will formulate the conditions under which the withdrawal of Russia and Belarus can be reversed, RIA Novosti quoted Kou as saying.
