Athletistic/ Others. Russian Ski Racing Federation President Elena Vyalbe said Russian athletes should not compete in the Olympics without national symbols.

“Russian athletes should not go to the Olympics without a flag or an anthem. I have never heard that they are ready to let us in without a declaration. They always say that the athletes must prove that they do not support the NWO. In that case, we don’t need to go anywhere to invite,” Vyalbe told Match TV.

The IOC Executive Board will consider the issue of admitting Russians to international competitions in a neutral status on March 28. The meeting will last three days.
