VAR canceled two goals of the London team
Chelsea tied at home with Liverpool in the postponed match of the 8th round English Premier League.
Halfway through the first half, Rhys James put the Blues ahead, but the goal was called off for offside. After the break, VAR canceled another Chelsea goal due to handball. As a result, a draw 0:0.
Winger Mikhail Mudrik started the fight on the bench. The Ukrainian came on as a substitute in the 78th minute, but did not help his team to win.
This was Chesley’s first match since the sacking of head coach Graham Potter. Bruno Saltor prepared the Londoners for the duel with Liverpool.
Chelsea are 11th in the Premier League table with 39 points. Liverpool are in 8th place with 43 points.
Chelsea will play Wolverhampton Wolves next on 8 April. Liverpool will host Arsenal on April 9th.
