Nice said goodbye to four team players

Team time has come to an end

Nice confirmed the departure of four team players. Joe Bryan, Ross Barkley, Andy Delors And Nicolas Pepe no longer French club players.

The lease agreements between Joe Bryan and Nicolas Pepe have come to an end. The players will return to their main teams, Fulham and Arsenal respectively. Defender Brian played ten matches for Nice and scored one goal for the team, while Pepe played 28 matches and scored eight goals for Nice.

Nice decided not to renew their partnership with Ross Barkley, the player’s contract expired this summer. The former Chelsea player joined the team as a free agent and managed to play 28 matches in which he scored 4 goals.

After a loan spell at Nantes, Andy Delors decided to leave Nice. The footballer moved to Nantes during the winter transfer window on loan. So far, the player has played 55 matches for Nice and scored 25 goals. Delors was awarded the best player of the season 2021/2022 in Nice.

This season, Nice finished ninth in the French championship, the team scored 58 points and did not qualify for European competition.
