Earlier, promoter Eddie Hearn said he received an offer, but no contract for the fight.
Head of Boxing Department Skills Challenge Promotion Amer Abdallah commented on the information that the company sent out official proposals for a fight between ex-world champions Anthony Joshua And Deontay Wilder.
“We have not made any proposals. Do we have an interest in combat? Yes. But was there an official proposal from our side? The answer is negative. I can say that if there is any proposal, it will be specifically from the Skills Challenge.”
Earlier, Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn said that he had received an official offer to fight the British with Wilder. Hearn noted that he expects a contract for the fight from the company from Saudi Arabia.
Recall that Skill Challenge Entertainment plans to host a fight in the Middle East between two ex-world champions Joshua and Wilder, as well as a fight between WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO champion Oleksandr Usyk and WBC champion Tyson Fury. Wilder is interested in the December night of boxing, whether or not Fury takes part in it.
