Former sports director of the Hungarian Figure Skating Federation Gurgen Vardanyan told Metaratings.ru that he believes Elisabeth Tuktamysheva a talented figure skater who has no reason to end her career.
– Tuktamysheva stays on top and does not end her career, she wins awards. How does she find motivation?
– Lizka is a separate conversation. Such a talented athlete can be counted on the fingers of one hand in the entire history of figure skating. She loves this sport and also likes to work – that’s why she is always on top. Judging by the way Tuktamysheva is skating and performing now, I think there is no reason to end her career. She will continue to show the best performance,” Vardanyan said.
Tuktamysheva is World Champion, European Champion and winner of the Grand Prix Final. The 26-year-old athlete last season became third in the Russian Championship and the final of the country’s Grand Prix.
