The Olympic and Paralympic Committees as well as the national federations of the Nordic countries held a meeting during which the question of the possible participation of Russian and Belarusian athletes in international competitions was discussed. This information is provided by the Danish Olympic Committee on its website.

The meeting was held in Nuuk (Greenland). Following the meeting, the countries sent a second appeal to the International Olympic Committee and the International Paralympic Committee asking them not to allow Russia and Belarus to participate in the competition. Previously, similar requests were sent in February.

It should be noted that sports federations from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Greenland, Faroe Islands and Aland participated in the meeting.
