The Ukrainian defeated Elias Ymer from Sweden in three sets
Ukrainian tennis player Alexey Krutykh advanced to the second round of the tournament ATP Challenger 125 in French Saint Tropez.
In the first round, the Ukrainian defeated Swede Elias Ymer. The three-set match lasted two and a half hours.
Alexey lost the first game, but managed to win the second. In the deciding set, the Ukrainian missed three set points before he was able to put the finishing touches on the Swedish tennis player in the tiebreaker.
Let us remind you that Krutykh reached the main draw of the tournament in Saint-Tropez through qualification. The Ukrainian defeated Evgeniy Karlovsky, who competes under a neutral flag, and then also confidently beat the Frenchman Mikail Alimli. In the second round of the main draw, Alexey will play with the second seeded Sebastian Ofner from Austria.
