His compatriot Sergei Sidorchuk performs there
Ukrainian defender Zagreb Dynamo Bogdan Mikhailichenko can go to Westerlo.
Mikhailichenko moved to the Croatian club this summer from Anderlecht. The 26-year-old Ukrainian’s contract runs until the summer of 2024 with an option to extend for another season. Bogdan played 15 matches for Dinamo Zagreb in all tournaments, in which he scored two assists.
The defender is not included in the plans of the team’s coaching staff and trains with the youth team. Zagreb head coach Sergei Yakirovich does not count on the defender and will allow him to leave in the winter transfer window.
Let us note that Westerlo is ready to offer the player a contract on a permanent basis with the option of extension if the club maintains its registration in the Belgian Major League. Mikhailichenko’s compatriot, ex-Dynamo midfielder Sergei Sidorchuk, plays for Westerlo.
Dinamo Zagreb is in third place in the Croatian Championship standings. Westerlo is in 16th place in the Belgian Pro League.
