Athletistic / Figure skating. Honored figure skating coach of the USSR Tatyana Tarasova spoke about the next award received by Olympic champion Alina Zagitova. Earlier this week, she was recognized as “Tatar of the Year”.

Zagitova won the “Tatar of the Year” competition by opening her own figure skating school. Alina said that she would personally work as a coach at her own figure skating school.
Alina Zagitova announced the suspension of her figure skating career in the summer of 2019. She is Olympic champion in individual skating in 2018, silver medalist of these Games in team competition, world champion (2019) and winner of the Grand Prix final (2017). Alina is currently studying at the Faculty of Journalism of RANEPA, also works as a TV presenter and participates in various ice shows.
