This was stated by the head of the federation, Irina Viner.
“We will definitely organize a concert to which we will invite doctors, firefighters and representatives of other services who took part in the rescue operation. We want to invite everyone who helped save people. This is our important commitment,” Wiener said, according to RIA Novosti.
