A maximum of two athletes per NOC can participate in a discipline, but only if they have both completed the TQO.
At the end of the qualification period, provided that the maximum number of 852 quotas has not been reached in the other three qualification categories, the remaining quotas will be distributed to athletes who have completed the OCT.
The competition in Banja Luka will take place on April 27 and 28. For many leaders of the Russian team, this is the first international competition abroad since 2022.
