Athletistic / Rhythmic gymnastics. Multiple rhythmic gymnastics world champions Dina and Arina Averina of Russia have told us who they will worry about at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.
“In Paris, we will rejoice at the success of Anastasia Bliznyuk. We are worried about her,” Arina Averina was quoted as saying by TASS.
Anastasia Bliznyuk is a two-time Olympic champion in rhythmic gymnastics in the group all-around competition (London 2012, Rio 2016), world and European champion, silver medalist at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. Since 2022, Bluesngu has coached the Chinese national team. Led by the Russian, Chinese gymnasts won a gold medal in group hoops exercises at the 2023 World Championships.
