Lunin entered the Manchester City shortlist

The Ukrainian is considered as an alternative to Ederson

For the Ukrainian goalkeeper Real Andrey Lunin a new contender has appeared.

This is about Manchester city. The City leadership considers the Ukrainian as an alternative to Ederson and is preparing to make the first offer to Real Madrid.

Earlier it was reported that Andrei will sign a contract with Blancos until 2029. The contract will also stipulate an increase in wages. But later it became known that the Ukrainian doubts the advisability of extending his contract with Real Madrid.

If the 25-year-old goalkeeper still rejects the club’s offer, Madrid will study transfer proposals. In April, offers were reported to the Ukrainian from Manchester United, Bayern and PSG (the Parisians were allegedly ready to pay 18 million euros for the goalkeeper).

Representatives of Atletico Madrid, Betis, Juventus and Aston Villa also contacted Real Madrid. The last to include Andrey on the shortlist were Arsenal and Newcastle, who are ready to pay 25 million euros for the Ukrainian.

Lunin has played 31 matches for Real Madrid in all competitions this season. The goalkeeper conceded 32 goals and kept 12 clean sheets.

Real became the champion of Spain and triumphed in the Champions League. Manchester City won the Premier League.
