US Congress asks WADA for documents on Chinese swimmers arrested for doping
The athlete was found guilty of using a prohibited drug. He was punished based on the indicators of his biological passport. Three samples taken from the athlete between July 20 and September 27, 2022 showed values compatible with what is called “blood doping”, which was confirmed by a unanimous expertise carried out at the beginning of 2023.
USADA appealed the decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). But the judges sided with the prosecution.
