Athletistic / Cycling. Fifty-five Russian cyclists have become neutral status holders, which gives them the opportunity to participate in the most prestigious international competitions. This became known thanks to the official documents of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI).

As reported by TASS, as of July 1, 2024, 33 men and 22 women had neutral status.

Men: Alexander Vlasov, Gleb Syritsa, Alexey Medvedev, Daniil Kazakov, Vyacheslav Ivanov, Ivan Bortnik, Ivan Novolodsky, Nikita Kalashnik, Alexander Grigoriev, Ivan Samusev, Yaroslav Prosandeev, Pyotr Vinokurov, Vladimir Goncharov, Sergey Rostovtsev, Alexander Dubchenko, Anton Sintsov, Yaroslav Shvedov, Ivan Maykin, Vlas Shichkin, Ilya Savekin, Ivan Seledkov, Egor Igoshev, Grigory Skornyakov, Nikita Bykovsky, Pyotr Sapronov, Mikhail Postarnak, Ilya Shchegolkov, Daniil Zarakovsky, Nikita Kiriltsev, Ruslan Kuznetsov, Ivan Smirnov, Mark Kryuchkov and Sergey Malnev.

Women: Alena Ivanchenko, Alexandra Andrianova, Aglaya Kokareva, Daria Malkova, Alina Lysenko, Daria Ermolova, Ekaterina Kovalchuk, Ekaterina Evlanova, Elizaveta Solozobova, Tamara Dronova, Daria Dyatlova, Valeria Valgonen, Polina Vashchenko, Maria Rostovtseva, Maria Averina, Sofia Novikova, Yana Burlakova, Tatiana Malkova, Inna Abaidullina, Diana Smirnova, Sofia Balaeva and Yana Semenyuk.

Note that the UCI refused to obtain neutrality for four representatives of our country: Alexei Obydennov, Danila Burlakov, as well as Anastasia Voinova and Maria Novolodskaya.

In May 2023, the International Cycling Union allowed athletes from Russia and Belarus to compete in international competitions, including the World Cup, Nations Cup and World Championships as individual neutral athletes.
