On Friday, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) announced that it had rejected the Canadian side’s appeal against the results of the figure skating team competition at the 2022 Olympic Games. The Russian athletes retained their bronze medals. Earlier, the IOC announced that the awards ceremony would take place on August 7 in Paris and would bring together gold and silver medalists – figure skaters from the United States and Japan.
