Tournament operator Perfect World officially announced the lifting of the disqualification of the Russian team PARIVISION, which will now be able to play in RMR tournament To Shanghai Major 2024.
On Sunday, Perfect World disqualified PARIVISION due to the fact that the team’s coach Ivan “F_1N” Kochugov, who had previously received an indefinite ban from Valve, was present in the same room with the players during the closed qualifier matches.
It was later revealed that F_1N had appealed the ban to the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) several months ago and it had been upheld. However, ESIC only today officially notified Valve and Perfect World on their decision.

The RMR tournament will be held in a LAN format in China from November 17 to 24. The Perfect World Shanghai Major itself will be held from November 30 to December 15. This will be the first CS major in China.
