The Ukrainian national team won the first medal at the European Aquatics Championship, which started today in the capital of Italy, Rome.
The artistic swimming competition brought gold to our team. Ukrainians in the line-up: Marta Fedina, Vladislava Aleksieva, Marina Aleksieva, Veronika Grishko, Olesya Derevyanchenko, got a confident victory in the technical group with a score of 92.5106 points.
In the final protocol, our team was more than two points ahead of the closest pursuer from Italy.

1. Ukraine – 92.5106
2. Italy – 90.3772
3. France – 88.0093
It should be noted that for Ukraine this gold was the first won in the framework of the European Championships in the team’s technical program. In the past, Ukrainian women took silver three times (in 2016, 2018 and 2021).
We remind, earlier it became known that Marta Fedina won the qualification in single competitions in artistic swimming at the European Championships.
