NAVI owner buys Ukraine hotel in Kyiv for UAH 2.5 billion

The auction winner exceeded the starting price by almost two and a half times

OOO Ola Fine, owned by the owner NAVI Maxim Krippawon the privatization auction hotel “Ukraine” in the center of Kyiv. The winner of the auction offered a sum of 2.5 billion hryvnia.

The starting price of the auction was 1.05 billion. For this lot, Ola Fine LLC competed with Zhitomir Furniture Factory LLC of Vadim Grigoriev and Alarit-Prom LLC of Sergey Spodin. Their offers amounted to 1.46 billion and 1.16 billion hryvnia, respectively.

The Ukraine Hotel is located in the center of the capital, not far from the Maidan Nezalezhnosti metro station. The hotel has 365 rooms, 8 conference halls, a business center, a restaurant and other infrastructure facilities.

Krippa became the owner of the Ukrainian eSports club Natus Vincere (NAVI) in July 2022. It was reported that the agreement on the transfer of rights to NAVI took place several years earlier.

Let us recall that Natus Vincere recently lost its leadership in the HLTV world rankings for Counter-Strike 2, yielding the first position to Team Vitality. Both NAVI and Team Vitality reached the quarterfinals of ESL Pro League Season 20. The Hornets will play their match on September 19, and the Born to Win on September 20.
