The organizers of the Silk Way Rally have prepared one of the best courses in the history of the race, everything is ready for its departure, said Viktor Sokolov, first deputy to the project manager.
The “Silk Way” rally will be held from July 5 to July 15 on the Kazan – Moscow route. The total race distance will be 5,230 kilometers, including 2,350 kilometers of high-speed special stages.
– A few days ago, we came back from general intelligence. Everything is ready for the start of the race. Creating a new course is a challenge for the organizers. First we solve the puzzle, then we invite participants to solve it. The safety of participants is our top priority.
Compared to the autumn recs, part of the course has changed, it’s somewhere around 15-20%. We did one of the best routes (in history) of the Silk Road. The entire course has been agreed and is ready for the race, ”reports the correspondent of in the words of Sokolov.
