Formula 1 officially announced the signing of a contract with Automobile Club of Monaco until 2031. The previous agreement, valid until 2025, was extended for six years.

Accordingly, for the next seven years Monaco Grand Prix will remain on the World Circuit Racing Championship calendar. At the same time, this stage will be slightly “moved” in dates in the future.

In the 2025 season, the race in Monte Carlo will take place on its usual date – the end of May. And, starting in 2026, the Monaco Grand Prix will consistently take place on the first full weekend of June.

The Monaco Grand Prix has been held since 1929. Since 1950, it has officially been part of the Formula 1 World Championship.

In 2024, the stage in his native Monaco was won by Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc. The record holder for titles won on this track is the legendary Ayrton Senna (6). Second place is shared by Graham Hill and Michael Schumacher (5 each). Of the current F1 drivers, Lewis Hamilton has the best result – three victories.

The next Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix will take place November 21-23. Red Bull driver Max Verstappen leads the individual World Championship standings.
