Athletistic / Tennis. Russian coach Dmitry Tursunov has responded to 21-time Grand Slam champion Pam Shriver. Previously, she criticized Stefano Vukov, the coach of tennis player Elena Rybakina from Kazakhstan.

Shriver expressed his dissatisfaction with the behavior of a specialist during the Australian Open semi-finals.

“As I watch Rybakina fight for her second helmet in seven months, I hope she finds a trainer who will always treat her with respect,” Shriver wrote.

Tursunov quickly responded.

Rybakina turned to Sobolenko after losing Australian Open final

“Pam, I respect you as a tennis phenom. But lately I see a lot of different controversial statements from you. That’s the highest point.

You openly and publicly insulted the person responsible for the fact that you even found out who Elena Rybakina is. You have no idea what you’re talking about. And now you have to apologize to the person who is a great trainer.

It is unfortunate that you prove again and again your refusal to see anything other than empty gestures,” Tursunov wrote.
