Russian Daniel Medvedev moved from second to first place in the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) championship race after winning the title at the Miami tournament, reports the ATP news service.
In the final of the tournament, Medvedev beat with a score of 7:5, 6:3 the Italian Yannick Sinner, who, in turn, moved from seventh to fourth place in the race. Another representative of Russia Karen Khachanov who reached the semi-finals of the tournament, moved up to the ninth row, Andrei Rublev remains 12th.
American Taylor Fritz moved up from eighth to sixth place.
