The former first racket of Ukraine received a wild card for the competitions of the ITF series in Chiasso.
Elina Svitolina decided to fight her way back to the top of the WTA rankings through the ITF tournaments. Recall that the former first racket of Ukraine returned to the courts after a one-year break.
The first competition for her was a major tournament of the WTA 500 series in Charleston, USA, but our athlete lost in the first round.
Now Svitolina has decided to slow down and start competing in lower ranked competitions. He received a wild card into the main draw of the ITF 60,000 in Chiasso, Switzerland, which will be held April 10-16.
