Russian tennis player Daniel Medvedev failed to reach the fourth round of the Masters Series tournament in Shanghai.
The second-seeded Russian lost on Sunday to American representative Sebastian Korda (26) with a score of 6:7 (8:10), 2:6. The meeting lasted 1 hour 28 minutes.
The American’s next opponent will be determined based on the results of the match between the Argentinian Francisco Cerundolo (20 years old) and the Hungarian Marton Fucsovics.
Previously, Medvedev also lost to Korda at the 2023 Australian Open.
