The used vehicle portal Chiliautos , published a new report carried out in November with the most published, cited and searched vehicles. The model that always repeated the flat in the first positions was the Suzuki Swift and Baleno.
According to the figures provided, the segments most sought after by men are: trucks, sedans and hatchbacks. First of all there is the Ssangyong Actyon Sport with 85% of preferences, followed by the Nissan Versa with 82% and finally third place corresponds to Hyundai Accent with 78% of preferences.
On the other hand, among women, the most sought after segment is the sedan, the first place is occupied by the Hyundai Grand I10 with 51%, followed by Kia Morning with 40% and finally we have two competing for third place, Suzuki Swift and Chevrolet Sail with 38% favoritism.
According to Caroline Klee, Marketing Manager of Latam Chileautos – CarGroup, she noted that “women prefer the hatchback segment, mainly because they have better fuel efficiency, offer variety in their designs and have a good connectivity equipment. Regarding men, preferences lean more towards trucks and sedans, since both categories are spacious and versatile, since they can be used for both personal and commercial use.

Suzuki Swift model is the most sought after car with an average price of $8,781,021 considering that the lowest price you can find is $4,990,000 in 2016 and the maximum price is $14,850,000 (2023).
