Russian tennis player Anastasia Pavliuchenkova withdrew from the second round match of the tournament in Dubai.
The Russian’s opponent was to be her compatriot Lyudmila Samsonova, seeded 12th. Pavlyuchenkova refused to attend the match.
Samsonova reached the 1/8 finals of the tournament, where she will face the winner of the match between Marketa Vondrousova of the Czech Republic (seventh seed) and Peyton Stearns (USA).
