“It wasn’t really possible to cross paths with Spartak. Everyone is busy with their own affairs, but of course I look at them. I know they look at me too. The team has already written to me that I am great”, that I won the opening match in Dubai. We support each other,” Potapova said, according to TASS.
Anastasia Potapova is a long-time Spartak fan. She often trains in a red and white T-shirt and attends the capital club’s home matches whenever possible.
Today, February 21, Potopova will meet China’s Zhang Qingwen in the second round match of the tournament in Dubai. Their meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. Moscow time.
