Athletistic/Tennis. Polish tennis player Iga Szwiatek, first in the world ranking, spoke about her defeat against Russian tennis player Ekaterina Alexandrova, 16th in the world, in the fourth round of the WTA-1000 tournament in Miami (USA).

“Of course, I’m disappointed because I expected to be able to show a better game in Miami. However, Ekaterina played a great match. Obviously, she was stronger in this match. I didn’t have time to adapt to her serve. I got a little tense when she couldn’t adapt,” Szwiatek said via the WTA press service.

In the next round, Alexandrova will face American Jessica Pegula, ranked fifth in the world. Their match is scheduled for March 27.
