Rafa Nadal’s reasons for dropping out of the Montreal Master 1000

The Spanish tennis player reported on Friday that he will not participate in the Canadian tournament due to some “minor discomfort” he felt while practicing his serve.

Rafael Nadal announced this Friday that he will not play in the tournament Montreal Masters 1000which will be held between August 7 and 10, due to some “slight annoyance” which he suffered when he was practicing his serve.

“Since the days off and my subsequent return to training, everything has gone well these weeks when it comes to training and preparation”Nadal explained in a statement sent to EFE.

“Four days ago I also started training the service and yesterday (Thursday), after training, I had a little discomfort that is still there today. We have decided not to travel to Montreal and continue training without forces”Add.

Nadal, winner of 22 Grand Slam titles, made sure it was “be careful at this point and think about health”which refers to the accumulation of injuries he has suffered in recent years.
