The Ukrainian, who was losing the score, had to abandon the match during the second set
Ukrainian tennis player Katarina Zavatskaya failed to reach the semi-finals of the tournament ITF W75 in Bulgarian Pazardzhik.
In a duel against a “neutral” opponent, Alevtina Ibragimova, the Ukrainian had to end her performance early. The tennis player, who does not represent any civilized country, advanced further.
The first set was an even contest. The opponents won the first six games on each other’s serves. Then it got to 5:5, and Ibragimova managed to triumph in two games in a row.
The picture did not change in the second set. The critical moment came in the sixth game, which Zavatska lost on her serve. After that, the Ukrainian refused to continue the match.
Let us recall that in the previous round of the tournament, Katarina beat the Spaniard Guillomar Maristany in two sets.
