Ruud and Alcaraz reach US Open final

The decisive match will take place on September 11

The finalists of the men’s singles draw have been announced US Open-2022.

In the first semi-final Casper Ruud from Norway defeated Karen Khachanov in four sets. The seventh racket of the world made 10 aces and one double fault in three hours and three minutes. The Norwegian lost only in the third set, winning the other three games.

More spectacular was the semi-final between Carlos Alcaraz and Francis Tiafoe. The players spent 4 hours and 22 minutes on the court, and also finished two games in a tiebreak. In the final set, Alcaraz managed to make three breaks that took him to the final.

The final match between Ruud and Alcaraz will take place on September 11th. The game starts at 23:00 Kyiv time.
