Russian national team biathlete Daniel Serokhvostov said that he was in a sluggish mood because of the frost in Ufa, where the second stage of the Commonwealth Cup is taking place, so all his thoughts after completing the pursuit race were not related to victory, but plans for the new year.
Serokhvostov became the winner of the pursuit stage of the Alfa-Bank Commonwealth Cup on Saturday. Kirill Bazhin came second to the finish line. Eduard Latypov came third.
— For some reason, you ended up boring. Why weren’t you happy?
— I crossed the finish line and turned off the watch, that’s all. There is no special joy, there is no mood to run at this stage. More precisely, I want to run, but my mood is gloomy: cold, freezing. So there is no joy.
