Biathlete Victoria Slivko won the 7.5 km sprint at the Alfa-Bank Russian Championship in Tyumen.
The athlete of the Tyumen region team covered the distance in 22 minutes 55.5 seconds, without making a single mistake. Took second place Kristina Reztsová (+16.1; 1), in third position is Irina Kazakevich (+20.8; 1).
Slivko became the first winner of the Cup named after three-time Olympic champion Anfisa Reztsova among women. The trophy was created by the Russian Biathlon Union (RUB) and will be awarded annually to the winners of the men’s and women’s sprints at the national championships. Previously, Karim Khalili won this trophy among the men.
