Russian judges and starters are still unable to work at International Skating Union (ISU) competitions, but can take part in classes, ISU council member Alexander Kibalko told .

Russian judges and starters, as well as Russian athletes, have been suspended from participating in ISU competitions due to the situation in Ukraine. In early July, the ISU included Russian representatives in the lists of judges and starters for international short track and speed skating competitions for the 2024/25 season.
