President of the Russian Ski Federation (RFSR) Elena Vyalbe said it would be fair to install a heart rate monitor on every participant in the Race of Champions in Ryazan, “to make it clear that no one is satisfied with anything.”
Earlier, the head of the press service of the Russian Biathlon Union (RBU) Sergei Averyanov announced that the RBU and FLGR would jointly hold the Race of Champions in Ryazan on January 4-5.
— How can we ensure that everyone manages qualifications fairly?
“Everyone should be required to wear a heart rate monitor so that everyone has at least 180. To make it clear that no one is having fun,” a correspondent reports in Vyalba.
— We determined that the highest heart rate is on the Ryazan track. There is a flat terrain. Most of the track is visible to spectators. We need to work everywhere, – stressed the head of the RRF, Viktor Maigurov.
