Zenit’s press service has announced the signing of a contract with American center Royce Hamm Jr.
The deal with the 23-year-old is calculated until the end of the 2023/24 season.
The basketball player started his career in 2022 when he signed a contract with Belgian club Antwerp. Prior to that, the basketball player spent four years for the University of Texas Texas Longhorns, playing in the NCAA championship. After that, Royce played for the University of Nevada UNLV Runnin’ Rebels for another year.
After moving to Belgium and starting his professional career, the center played 8 games in the FIBA Europe Cup, averaging 12.3 points and 4 rebounds per game. In the Belgian Championship, Hamm also played 8 games, averaging 10.9 points and 5.3 rebounds.
