The fight will take place in Saudi Arabia.
Fight of a boxer and a famous YouTube blogger Jake Paul vs Tommy Furybrother of world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, will officially take place February 26. The fight will take place in Saudi Arabia.
The Paul-Fury fight was planned for several years in a row. The fight was originally scheduled for December 2021, however Tommy pulled out of the fight due to health issues that affected his training camp.
Then the fight between Jake and Tommy was supposed to take place in August 2022 in New York, but again fell through due to Fury’s problems with an American visa. Paul wanted to replace Tommy with Hasim Rahman Jr on short notice, but the ex-world heavyweight champion’s son couldn’t fit into the regulated 200-pound limit.
Paul last fought Brazilian Anderson Silva on October 29. The American defeated the former UFC champion in an eight-round fight by unanimous decision.
23-year-old Tommy Fury had his last professional fight in April last year, defeating Daniel Botsyansky. In November, Fury participated in an exhibition fight with Rolly Lambert on the undercard of the fight between Floyd Mayweather and blogger Deji.
Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury is official. The Truth wil be revealed and the talk is over on Sunday, February 26.
