Boxers Gadzhimagomedov and Savitsky passed the weigh-in procedure

The weight of the silver medalist of the 2020 Olympics and the 2019 world champion Gadzhimagomedov was 90.7 kg, and Savitsky – 90.25 kg.

Gadzhimagomedov made his professional boxing debut in December 2021 by knocking out Colombian Deibis Berrocal. At the beginning of 2022, the boxer injured his shoulder and fully recovered only in the summer, when he won a commercial tournament in the Russian national team. The competitions were held under the rules of professional boxing, but were not included in official statistics. In October, Gadzhimagomedov won the Russian championship for the fourth time in Chita. In early February, Gadzhimagomedov took third place in a tournament in Morocco.

Savitsky has seven wins and one draw. Savitsky made his professional ring debut in the fall of 2018, but his first fight ended in a draw. The Russian pro’s second fight didn’t come until the summer of 2021, and now Savitsky’s winning streak is seven fights.
