Saaev won by ippon. The bronze medalists in this weight category were Konstantin Semeonidis and Abdulla Akhmedov.
In the women’s weight category up to 78 kg, Antonina Shmeleva won, defeating Anastasia Nuzhnenkova in the final. The bronze prizes were won by Nadezhda Tatarchenko and Lyubov Orlova.
In women over 78 kg, the champion was Elis Startseva, who defeated Anna Gushchina in the final. Anastasia Kholodilina and Maria Ivanova won bronze.
