The match should take place at the end of the year, the tentative date is December 23. The venue is Saudi Arabia.
WBO/WBA/IBF/IBO world champion Oleksandr Usyk and WBC heavyweight title holder Tyson Fury have signed a contract to fight for the title of undisputed world heavyweight champion. About that reported ESPN reporter Mike Coppinger on X (Twitter) September 29.
The fight is scheduled to take place on December 23, 2023. If the fight cannot be arranged in December, it will definitely be held in January 2024. The fight for the unconditional title will take place in Saudi Arabia.
Fury has already confirmed on Instagram that the fight will take place.
“I do what I say. I say what I do. Fight for the absolute. This is the time of the gypsy king. Mustache, you can no longer run like a rabbit. You will get this,” he wrote.
Before the meeting with Usik, Fury will fight former UFC champion Francis Ngannou. The match will take place on October 28 in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadi.
Let’s remember that early fans asked for Fury to fight Usyk.
