Russian boxer Vadim Tukov defeated his compatriot Konstantin Ponomarev in the main fight of the RCC Boxing Promotions tournament, which took place in Yekaterinburg.
The ten-round middleweight fight ended with Tukov winning by technical knockout in the seventh round. For Tukov, 30, the victory was the 14th in a row in the professional ring; Ponomarev, 31, has 35 fights won and four defeats.
In another clash of the evening, Russian light heavyweight Saveliy Sadoma knocked out Nigerian Gabriel Olanrewaju in the fifth round.
