Team Secret and Tundra Esports will play in the Upper Finals of The International Dota 2 tournament.
In the semi-finals, Team Secret defeated Thunder Awaken with a score of 2:0. In another match of the day, Tundra Esports proved stronger than Team Aster (2:0). The losing teams will play in the fourth round of the lower bracket, where they will compete to advance to the “losers” semi-finals.
The two-time International OG champion beat the Gladiators in three games (2:1) in the second round of the lower bracket. Next, the team will take on Team Liquid.
The next round of the tournament will take place on October 29. On this day, the upper bracket finals and the lower bracket semi-finals will take place. The bottom bracket decider and grand final are scheduled for October 30. The prize money for the tournament is approximately $17 million.
